Folks,

We are in kind of a piquant situation. The Pubs group uses numbered headings
in the User Manual and they are all for it. But the boss has asked us to
avoid using numbered headings. The group tried to convince him about the
advantages it has but he isn't convinced. He wants more information and
various scenarios where numbered headings are used. Can any one of you throw
light in this regard?
