Oh boy, a question about tools!!!


Hi Diane,

Depending on what stage the UI design is at, I use a myriad of design tools.

At the initial stage, when we are not quite ready even for wire-frame
models, I use colored pencils ("pencil crayons" for my fellow Canadians) and
paper.

I enjoy using Vision for the wireframes, but I tend to move on to Visual
Basic and DreamWeaver when we start fleshing out the actual UI before
running fields tests and user experience studies.
