My experience using track changes in Word docs with tables has shown that
when reviewing (or accepting/rejecting) chnages in the document, Word
highlights the entire row regardless of how many discrete changes there
may be in the row or in different cells in the row.

My solution, using either the reviewing toolbar or accept/reject changes,
has been to:

1. Let Word find and highlight the row that contains the change(s)(using
the Reviewing toolbar).
2. Click once anywhere in the highlighted row.
3. Select the individual change(s) one at a time (assumes you have
configured to highlight changes as you edit).
4. Accept/reject the individual change.
5. Repeat for all changes in the row

By trial and error I have found that the Reviewing toolbar works best for
this process, especially in a document with tons of tables rows and cells.
It does not automatically rocket you to the next change like the
Accept/Reject dilaog does--which, of course, will highlight the entire row
again whether or not you are finished with individual changes in the row.

Hope this helps.
YMMV
