Note that some web-based applications *require* you to choose that very browser setting.  That way, a page that gets sent to the server and comes back with the same name will be displayed properly (in its new state), rather than just being reloaded (in its old state) from the cache.

If your web-based application stops working correctly after making the recommended switch, try setting it back to the way it was (refresh on every visit).

You might prefer slow rollovers to nonfunctional applications.  :)
