Back when I taught Macintosh computing skills, Apple had
a great interactive tutorial that took people through the
basics.
Windows has Solitaire. Require users to play it for a few
hours before they see your software. That will handle 80%
of what users need. (I'm serious!)
Other 3rd party training and tutoring aids are available.
Recommend them.
As you may be able to tell, I avoid documenting Windows or
any other software that we do not produce in house. (The
in-house stuff is crazy-making enough.)
