I'm salaried too. Have been at all but one gig (which was hourly). No extra for working extra. But I feel that I have enough 30 hour weeks to balance the 50 hour weeks.

Yeah, the cop thing's just for a while too. Eventually my wife and I will buy a small (200 acre) mango farm in Costa Rica.
