Hi there,
Can you recommend a great example of help for a web application? Not just a web site with information on it, but an actual application you run via the web, e.g. tracking your orders with a catalog company or checking your account. We're about to define such an animal, but have no previous experience. Things to avoid or must-do would be very helpful.
