I've done that kind of stuff. The first thing you need to do is to map the
flows and create a storyboard. Once you map it, the rest is a no-brainer.
I've used Visio for this. Create an icon for each page, then link them in a
process flow, with branches. Take that process flow and create a page for
each step....what you use is doesn't matter. On each page, you have one
link; to the next step. Where you have direction path choices, you have a
page with a link for each path.

The problem isn't when you are going off in different directions...it's what
happens when a branch comes back into a previous flow. You don't want to
create 3 copies of the same page because that page is in common with three
different flows.

There isn't an easy way of doing this, because it requires thought. What I
think you are looking for is for something to do the planning for you.
