Hi,

I am deciding help authoring S/W for our company, and Doc-to-Help seems
to be a software which can fulfill our requirements as it is only
software which is good for printing screen shots in manual while giving
a good image in online help also ( Robohelp is not good for this
purpose, I have not seen robohelp X3).

The Doc to help is providing all the features we need but I am
hesitating about the product as there are too many bugs and abnormal
termination when evaluting the software. I have also visited the
Component-One website and its tech support, I have an impression that
they donot give so much importance to this prodcut.

If any body is using this software and satisfied with this product ,
please give me some advice so I can decide about reliaiblty of this
software.

Thanks in advance
