You can't tell me you never had an editor at Merck! Copy there--and at all pharma companies--goes through hell and back before it hits the print/press! At least the marketing and medical copy does. It hits the fact checker, the editor, the proofreader, legal beagles, product manager, Marketing & Sales VPs, maybe even the FDA if the company's had sanctions leveled against them, then back to the ad agency and around again. It takes MONTHS!

But if you're serious about wanting an IT copyeditor, I know a bunch of freelancers!!! ; )))
