Well, I found it right off (Like that was unexpected?)

1. Sign into your account
2. Click on the help link in the upper right corner
3. Click on "Configuring My Account" under Account Administration from the list of links on the right
4. Click on "How do I close my account?" at the bottom of the page

You'll now reach the account termination screen.

Simply, huh?
