The sentences are ambiguous, not meaningless. They illustrate some of
the the problems with NLP. But to answer your question, AFAIK, not yet.
AI is still in its infancy. Kevin Dowd has done some interesting work
using natural language events. His work is not designed to handle
technical writing, but eventually the principals can be adapted for the
purpose. I think his work is ahead of the cutting edge in NLP. Watch out
though, when the engines are perfected, they could replace many of the
entry level TWs. So quityabitchin about the small stuff and keep ahead
of the curve. Learn AI.
