SGML is where the industry has gone. You just have to be talking
about the right industry. (Technical Writing isn't an industry,
but technical writers in many industries use SGML.)

edge tools.
If you are looking at cutting edge tools, you are not looking
at WYSYWYG.
Cutting edge usually means rough-edged as well. WYSYWYG would
indicate there's been time to do some cosmetic polishing.
