In a previous life when I was lead support engineer, every single MCSE
we interviewed flunked the culture check portions of the interviews.
We really weren't looking for the kind of tech that you had to keep
in a cage and throw raw meat at to receive pearls of wisdom, and they
seemed to fit that profile in droves. I have to think that not all
MCSE's are like that, but that's what we got at the time.
