Since you apparently finished high school twenty years ago, this shouldn't be as much of a problem as it might be for someone younger. It's reasonably common for people twenty years out of school not to mention their education.

However, if you want to mention any post-secondary education, why not just put "Course work, State University" and leave it at that?

You could also turn your arts and media projects to account by including a section at the end entitled "Volunteer Work and Affiliations" (assuming this was non-paying work). That way, you could claim credit for any job skills learned in these projects.
