It's not that people over 25 don't have the ability to work obscene hours.
Rather, it's that many of them have "lives." Families, significant
others... things like that. Ridiculous hours certainly have more appeal to
the sub25 set (I recall the 100+ hour weeks I put in during that time in my
life...)

I'd guess by an astute combination of low pay and idiotically high hours
you'll automatically cull out a lot of those pesky over-25 folks who have a
shred of an idea of their worth.
