Hi Dick,

Thanks for u'r response. The issue was caused, because
I had converted the .doc file to a .ps file using the
default printer on the network (and not the Post
Script Printer). As soon as I changed the printer to
the Post Script Printer, (This issue was pointed by
one of my colleagues) and converted the .doc to a .ps
file, and placed it in the "In" folder, the PDF got
generated automatically in the "Out" folder. The issue
is solved now.
