Donna,

If by iTutor, you are referring to SAP's product, I have worked with that quite a bit this past year. Feel free to drop me an email with any questions you might have.

Regarding the questions you do have:

1. Learning curve - Not too difficult. If you've used other tutorial-creation programs, there are quite a few similarities. In the course of three days, our project lead taught the content developers how to use the program.

2. Things to watch out for - During course development, I found a bug in the program that would erase entire sets of steps. This would happen if steps were drag-n-dropped from one step folder to another. The program is very particular about how you reorganize steps.
