Re: FrameMaker - Changing Conditional Text
All,
I'm in FrameMaker 6.0, editing a book with about 12 separate files.
Throughout the files, I've tagged the latest revision text as
'Inserted', to highlight for the reviewers. All of the new revisions
have been accepted so I want to remove the 'Inserted' tag to all that
text, on a global basis, i.e., in all files of the book. Does anyone
know if I can do that on a global basis? Help seems to indicate you have
to do it case by case.
Any help is appreciated.

The only tool that can do that is a script. On the Mac you have Applescript. On Unix you have Perl. On all platforms you can purchase FrameScript, a third-party tool which can do what you ask it to. About most anything in Frame.
