For my corporate newsletter proposal I am considering the following format:

Executive Summary

Technical Solution

Project Plan

Three mocked up articles (real with the exception of experts)

A detailed report on what the newsletter should include in the future

Goals of newsletter

Corporate Overview

Pricing

Appendices

A week for delivery of the proposal from date of request shouldn't be too
long should it?
