Dunno about that.  People like her try to make situations win (her) - lose
(Leo). At best, it may be lose (her) - lose (Leo).

Maybe Leo should proactively look for a win - win situation by suggesting to
her that he'll help her learn what she doesn't know, so long as she gives
credit where it's due and a  good recommendation when the time comes?
