Can't say I disagree with that, Angela, and such an approach probably cuts down on
the number of eligibles who might ping back on a job, but if they're trying to
protect themselves, might it not make sense for them to tell you the employer after
they have an indication of your interest?

I'm just trying to understand 'standard practices' in this situation.
