In other words, gentle writer-not-so-technical, the
best way to ask a question on this or any list is to
briefly explain your situation, mention where you've
already looked and what you've found, or where you got
lost. Then describe where you're still confused, and
ask for illumination and recommendation.

The better the question, the better the answer.
