Well, okay. And, you would need something to report on, agreed.
But, there is a difference between knowing Crystal Reports well enough
to write about how to use it and being a Crystal Reports expert.

I did a quick search on Monster for positions with Crystal Reporting in

description. Almost without fail, along with it came the requirement to
know
SQL, Oracle, Sybase, data mining, etc., ....deep database stuff.
