Yes. FM + RH = very traditional.
I did not claim it to be more efficient, or the best way, etc.
And, make sure that, after you pitch your efficiencies, you consider
what the customer really wants. Maybe, for example, they can maintain
the more traditional approach themselves and, thus, are less interested
in a more efficient approach.

Either the recruiter is mixing up her details or their approach is very
atypical. (As is the original poster's approach - no argument there.)
Here's a chance to add value by introducing a doc method that's way more
efficient that what they currently use.
