Others have mentioned the Text TouchUp tool, which can make minor
modifications.

Other alternatives include creating labels from Fields, using the Form
Tool, or opening up the document in Adobe Illustrator, which offers you
probably the most freedom to alter the PDF.

Lots of people are telling you to go to the source document, but I assume
you asked this question because that's not an option. It always cracks me
up when somebody says, for example, "I'm having problems doing X in Word,"
and others write in saying, "you should use *Frame* to do X" - it's not
always the most helpful advice. <g> I frequently have to modify PDFs for
which the source document is not available, particularly when dealing with
print-ready documents from third-party ad agencies and graphics companies.
For such situations, I've found Illustrator to be a lifesaver. Good luck!
