RE: User's, Users, Users'

I like avoiding the whole thing.  My manuals are
called "Using <programe name".  When pressed, I can
live with "User Guide".

But to answer the whole question, no, there's no
absolute standard.  If there were, this question
wouldn't come up on such a regular basis.  :-)
