TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
Those of you who remember the now-legendary (in *my* mind, at least)
"Techwr-l: The Movie" thread will be shocked to learn that our story is
finally being told!
Yes, carrying on in the proud (?) tradition of the Andy Richter show, a
new movie is being filmed, called simply "The Technical Writer," starring
Tatum O'Neal (a name I can never quite imagine uttering in the throes of
passion: "Oh, Tatum! Yes, Tatum!").
Please, nobody call me at work. I want to leave my phone lines open for
casting agents to be able to reach me. I mean, this could be my big break!
Hmmmm - does this font make me look fat?
