Since Monday of last week, I've been going crazy trying to find out the
meaning of the acro PODID that I saw throughout all documentation and
flowcharts at my new gig.
I did a search through every document on the network drive archives...almost
12 gig of stuff...nothing...no definition of what the term meant. Yet, it
was used so much, I figured it was a widespread term and dag-nabbit, I was
going to figure this puppy out on my own.
Was in a meeting yesterday and someone mentions an error message where the
Print On Demand file ID was missing from a database.
Bingo! PODID...
Would a glossary have helped me several days ago?
