I can write. I only need a few basic tools. I think it is a silly notion to
compare the two. I can cut and save this post, reformat it and post it to a
web site without worrying about programming. I can't write a program that
will work on Mac/Win/Linux/Amiga without knowing those languages and having
the tools available to program.
I do not have to compile a Word document for example. Whatever I write can be
put on any web page with virtually no programming experience.
