My PHB went to another cutting-edge seminar, or something like that, and has another wild hair tickling him. I have been tasked to investigate e-Book formats and recommend the "best" for general distribution. The docs will not relate specifically to any product. (Hmm, does this smell like marcomm?)
We use RoboHTML for our online help files and include a pdf of our hard copy manuals on the install CD. It works for me.
Has anyone used another format? Preferable one that: a)does not require downloading a reader; b) works on "all" platforms (Windows, MacOS <= 9, MacOS X, Unix/Linux)?
