I can't comment on Thomas's Frame 7 book since I haven't seen it, but
his Frame 6 book was also very good.

I don't think you can go wrong with authors like Sarah O'Keefe, Sheila
Loring, and Thomas Neuberger.

Best of all: Buy both! Maybe Amazon will give you the special FrameHead
discount. ;-)
