Andrew says hours are irrelevant.

Andrew says project management is irrelevant.

Andrew says employees should expect to be happy working 168 hours a week
for 40 hours worth of pay.

Clearly, Andrew is an . . . mistaken guy.

However, it is not as easy as "refusing to trade." Who can afford to
give up their income? Really. In the past, the only way to deal with
such abuses is to unionize. To bring to the individual some group
bargaining power that lets them approach the conflict with the same kind
of power that the CEO or management brings.

However, if you are willing to give me up to 168 hours a week of your
time, each and every week of the year, for 40 hours' pay, send me your
resume. We'll ink the deal in writing and --I suppose--we'll both be
happy.

Cheers,

Sean

Employers and employees are both traders - if you don't like what a
person is
trading, don't trade - take your business someplace else. Recognize
also that
all other traders out there can do the same thing.
