Hi all,
I'm a lone tech writer for a small software company and I've been asked
to
put together some computer-based training for our products. I'm looking
forward to the experience but CBT is a new area for me and, of course,
it
has to be done quickly, so I'd like to get some input on tools,
reference
material and any other information anyone might have.
Right now I am experimenting with DemoShield as a tool. I've used it
before
to create a CD browser and it seems like a good choice for tutorials,
but I
wondered if anyone has used something else for this type of work.
I was considering purchasing Multimedia-Based Instructional Design by
Lee &
Owens as a reference book, but I'd like to hear what others have to say
about this book or if anyone has any other suggestions.
I know CBT has been a thread before, but the last posting was a couple
of
years ago. If there is a CBT list, please let me know. You can respond
to me
