Subject:Re: An Editor's Role...To Punish the Writer? From:Goober <techcommgoober -at- yahoo -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Fri, 28 Jun 2002 23:23:34 -0700 (PDT)
All editors should be boiled in their own pudding.
*LOL*
Seriously though...
Were the editor's marks valid? Or were they nit-picky
and questionable with regard to the corporate style
guide? Is this standard practice among your editors
(or the one you got stuck with) or were you definitely
treated differently than other writers? Is this editor
known for such feedback practices? Did you follow the
style guide when writing?
I don't know you, your situation, or your editor. All
I know is that you're pissed off, and frankly, that
really doesn't help us help you any.
