I would just like to add that instead of being racist, the person who wrote the original email could have taken into consideration that perhaps standard of living is lower in India, or at least salaries are lower on a more regular basis. That doesn't mean slave, it means economy -- perhaps unfortunate economy even. I certainly know that salaries over here aren't fantastic in comparison to those in the States. If people choose to documentation through India, it's not b/c people are succors there, it's b/c companies look for ways to do stuff as cheaply as possibly and perhaps the acceptable standards are cheaper, but just as good.
