My process is difficult to implement because tech writers are so old
fashioned.
My point about QA is this: that like the production groups made famous by
the Japanese, tech writers can do all of their quality control while the
documents are being created instead of waiting for final inspection or
editors to do it. This is a forest that you cannot quite see.
