I find that when I *do* spend hours preparing for the interview, it usually
doesn't go as well as it does when I just put in an hour or two checking out
their website and any recent stories about them in the press. I've done
both. An hour or two seems usually to be about the right amount of time for
me - I'm more relaxed at the interview than if I've spent hours swotting the
day before.
