Do you know how to evaluate a writing test that
someone else may have authored?
Ask questions based on your need. There aren't any
perfect quesitons to ask. Just talk to your
interviewee and make sure you ask all the questions
that are pertinent to your project and company needs
and that you ask any questions that come to mind
during the interview.
Oh, and don't ask about home/family/personal stuff, as
much of that is illegal to ask about in an interview
(at least in the good ol' US of A). You *have* been
trained on proper interview techniques, I assume? At
least coached by someone in HR at your company?
