At a previous company, when we were listing the things we'd fixed, they were in
a table called "Bug Fixes." (Seems we were agreeing with the customer that they
were bugs but saying, "Look! We fixed 'em!"

The things we HADN'T fixed (that had actually been assigned a tracking number),
were in a table called "Known Issues," with a workaround whenever one was
available. The "Known Issues" table was in a section called Problems,
Anomalies, and Limitations which also included issues that had NOT been assigned
a tracking number (and things that were NOT going to be fixed).
