That's a bunch of scrolling--too much for me, I'd give up at about one
US-letter page. Better, instead, to fit your topics on-screen without
scrolling.

I don't think there is. A topic in HTMLHelp is just an HTML page. But
why are you putting 12 pages worth of content into a single topic? Can
you break that up into smaller topics?
