While the Meyers-Briggs is well intentioned, it is also easily manipulated. The ethical issues of so doing are not open to debate, because it is an individual decision. Personally, I see very little difference between manipulating the outcome of a Meyers-Briggs (or similar type of profiling test)and loading a resume with appropriate buzz words--both actions are intended to manipulate the perceptions of the reader or prospective employer.

When you take the test, select the answer that you think is most likely to be given by the "perfect job candidate" for whatever position you are applying for. Forget the silliness about "M-B" types being consistent over time. It simply is not true.
Good luck on your tests!
