I tried to vote, but got an error. Then I tried again, and the poll thought I had already voted. I'm glad to see that the majority supported the NEVER category. That's where I vote. I have had specific engineers tell me "Not NOW!", but I have never heard a policy statement that said leave the engineers alone. Typically, if they're in a crunch, we're all in a crunch. And we're all trying to get a great product out the door. So we all try to help each other when and how we can.
Just lucky, I guess.
