Yes! XSLT is a language. One I would like to learn.

Isn't DITA neat? I played with it a bit, and it's really a great
concept/framework for help generation.

Do you consider XSL a programming/scripting language?

I'm using XSL to transform my XML topics into both online and printed
documentation. I started with the IBM DITA samples, and have learned and
customized from there.
