Do you consider XSL a programming/scripting language?

I'm using XSL to transform my XML topics into both online and printed
documentation. I started with the IBM DITA samples, and have learned and
customized from there.

Kind of an aside - my coding co-workers DO consider XSL to be a programming
language, and its one they're familiar with. Therefore, even though I've
always had good relationships with my co-workers, my use of XSL has really
added to my ability to speak their language, and tends to get me included in
design level conversations at another level. An major unintended benefit of
using programming/scripting in my work!
