I'm seeking advice on how to differentiate between junior tech writer,
mid-level tech writer, and senior tech writer in terms of hiring and
promotion.

What separates a junior from a mid-level and a mid-level from a senior?

Additionally, what determines when a writer makes the move from junior to
mid-level to senior, either within one company or as he or she progresses
through his or her career?

Thank you for your input.

Kerri N.
