I don't know if it's related or not (but it's likely that it is), but today is the day that they started charging for POP access to the accounts and mail forwarding. Perhaps something got glitched in the switch-over.

today. I've had three separate messages to three separate
individuals--all with Yahoo accounts--bounce back to me today. Each had
a slightly different error message. I also received an e-mail from a
business associate trying to confirm an address for someone (also a
Yahoo account) because her messages are bouncing back too.
