You just lucked into a great application for Frame's ability to selectively display/print specific text. In the greater scheme of things, it's called "single sourcing," and the problem you're trying to solve illustrates why it's so valuable these days. Frame calls it "conditional text" and gives you a number of ways to implement it. However one of the most common applications is where a product has several variations, or a manual has several distinct audiences, and you want the finished version to contain both some material that's common to all versions and some material that is specific to the product or audience.

The conditional text command is on the Special menu. You select the text you want to make conditional and tag it. You can make the tagged text a different color, if you want to make it distinct when you're seeing it on the screen. But you can then write a number of sections of material and tag each of them according to product or audience, then choose what version you want to display or print. You'll then see all of the common material and only the variable material that was tagged for this version. The material for the other versions remains with the file, so you haven't lost anything.
Good luck!
