To my mind, it is indeed trolling when you intentionally try to cause a
stir. Ref: "a style of fishing in which one trails bait through a likely
spot hoping for a bite." (This activity should have been curtailed last
November, but Eric doesn't see this as trolling because he too is a fish.)
