Ruby Isaacs wonders: <<In your opinion, what is the difference between a
user guide and a quick start guide for a Web-based software application?>>

I'd say it's the same difference as for any other application: A quick start
guide quickly gets you started; a user guide helps you use the product now
that you've gotten started.
